ZEEBA LAWN SUMMER COLLECTION 2011

 Zeeba Lawn and Ittehad Textile are launching the exhibition of Lawn which will start from 11th March upto 13th March. Zeeba lawns and Ittehad Textiles have a big collection of lawns designed by highly educated and highly professional designers.

This Year, ITTEHAD proudly presents its latest new lawn collection as “ZEEBA LAWN”. The collection is a hit of fresh colors and a touch of harmony that provide style to women. The prints are like a cold breeze for this hot summer. They are full of life and have got enough appeal for a woman of today. Check out these photos.

INTERNATIONAL BALOON FESTIVAL AT CHATEAU D'OEX

Château-d'Œx is a municipality in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. It is the capital of the district of Pays-d'Enhaut.

At the International Hot-air Balloon Festival in Château-d’Oex , pilots from all over the world gather to create bright spots of colour in the blue sky with their amazing vehicles. 

 The village in the Vaudois Alps is home to one of Switzerland’s most colourful events, the International Hot-air Balloon Festival, but for its opening weekend, the festival and its hot-air balloons literally  had trouble getting off the ground.

Cooking Corner

Kheer

Ingredients:
Milk                  2 liters
Sugar                4 tbsp
Rice                  3-4 tbsp
Few raisins
Sliced almonds
Chopped cashew nuts

Method:Heat milk in a large pan. Simmer until it is reduced to 3 quarters its original volume.  Add sugar and continue cooking until milk is reduced to half and thickens. Add the raisins, almonds and chopped cashew nuts. Remove from heat. Cool and serve.

Gulab Jaman

Ingredients:
Cottage Cheese           1 kg
Sugar                           1 liter
Water                          1.5 liter
Ghee                            4 tbsp
Semolina                      2 tsp
Standard flour              2 tsp
Rose Water                  few drops
Cardamom powder      1/2 tsp

Method: 
Sugar Syrup

• In a pan add the water and the sugar and boil them together for 20 to 30 minutes and let them thicken.
Gulab Jaman Balls

• In a big bowl add the cottage cheese, ghee, semolina, cardamom powder, and standard flour. Add all the mixtures together until it forms a dough. Knead the dough evenly until and unless your palms become oily. Now make small balls of 1 1/2 inch diameter. Add these balls in the boiling sugar syrup and let them get cooked in the boiling sugar syrup for 25 minutes. This will make them spongy. Remove the pan from heat and after 10 minutes add the rose water essence.

ایک شخص کہیں سے گزر رہا تھا    اس نے ایک بورڈ میں پڑھا   جس پر لکھا  تھا لا الہ الا اللہ محمد رسول اللہ وہ شخص تھوڑا آگے بڑھا تو اس نے ایک اور بورڈ دیکھا جس پر لکھا تھا سبحان الله وبحمده  سبحان الله العظيم وہ شخص پڑھ کر مزید آگے بڑھ گیا تو دیکھا وہاں ایک اور بورڈ پر لکھا تھا استغفراللہ لا الہ الا انت سبحانک انی کنت من الظالمین وہ شخص تھا کون ؟؟؟؟؟ وہ شخص آپ ہی تھے میرے محترم کیا آپ جانتے ہیں کہ   آپ ابھی اسی کرسی پر بیٹھے بیٹھے اپنے میزان میں نیک اعمال کا پلڑا کتنا بھاری کر چکے ہیں ؟؟ آپ  نے بیٹھے بیٹھے نا صرف اپنے میزان میں نیک اعمال کا اضافہ کیا ہے میرے بھی میزان میں اضافہ کر دیا کیسے ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ فرض کیجیئے آپ نے اپنی  زبان سے اپنے رب کی تسبیح ،تحمید واستغفار  کر کے ۱۰۰۰ نیکیاں حاصل کیں اور آپ کے ۱۰۰۰ حاصل کرنے پر مجھے بھی ۱۰۰۰ مزید مل گئیں اور اگر آپ نے یہی میسج آگے  ۵ کو مزید فاورڈ   کردیا تو ان کے ۵۰۰۰ بھی آپ کے اعمال میں جمع ہوگئے ان کی نیکیوں میں کمی کیے بغیر اور مجھے بیٹھے بیٹھے ۶۰۰۰ نیکیاں مزید  مل گئیں کیونکہ پیارے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا فرمان ہے جس نے نیک عمل کی طرف بلایا اس کے لیے  عمل کرنے والے کے برابر اجر ہے ان کے عمل میں کمی کے بغیر  کیا خیال ہے ؟؟؟ کس چیز کا انتظار ہے ؟؟؟؟؟؟ ۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰۰ لا محدود نیکیاں آپ کی منتظر ہیں اور آپ کا رب آپ کو نصیحت کر رہا ہے فَاسْتَبِقُواْ الْخَيْرَاتِ نیکیوں کی طرف دوڑو
