After winning the toss, Bangladesh elected to bat first but failed to capitalize the situation. West Indies speedster Kemar Roach, who claimed his hat-trick haul in the previous match against Netherlands, soon started to bully the Bangladesh batsmen with his sheer pace.Roach provided the early breakthrough and it was left for Sulieman Benn and Darren Sammy to pickup the pieces from there on.Bangladesh recorded their lowest-ever total in the World Cup after West Indies bundled the hosts out for paltry 58 in their Group B match at Mirpur on Friday.West Indies thrashed Bangladesh to record their biggest win against them in the ICC Cricket World Cup. With this huge nine wickets triumph, West Indies move up to the second spot in the Group B standings, one place above India.
